About Us

Partners Glenn Christie and Gavin Robinson merged Christie’s years of HR and performance management experience with Robinson's training development experience to form lprOnline Systems. It is a sister company to Robinson Leadership, a company that works with organizations to bring about productive behavioural, attitudinal and cultural change.

lprOnline Systems has created proprietary measurement and survey processes that are used both independently or within the training programs implemented by Robinson Leadership. Those processes include the lpr360 feedback program, lprPulse, a flexible online survey process, and lprCoach, a comprehensive support and one-on-one coaching service that helps management interpret survey results and use them for lasting change.

Glenn Christie, Managing Partner
Glenn Christie brings 35 years of HR experience with leading organizations such as multinational consulting firm Towers Perrin, where he was Director of Global Performance Management, and IBM, where he was Manager, Employee Research. He has designed and implemented numerous 360 feedback programs with groups ranging from less than 20 participants to groups with several thousand. Christie has designed and implemented both large and small survey assessment programs. lprOnline processes are based on his experience of conducting programs that make a difference. He is also a coach and uses lprOnline results to help individuals and organizations learn, perform and produce results.

Gavin Robinson, Partner
Gavin Robinson has spent over 20 years working with a broad range of private sector and not-for-profit organizations to spearhead change and develop effective leaders. As one of Grid International’s top facilitators, Robinson excels at helping companies with leadership training and change management. He gets great satisfaction out of guiding his clients as they rally their resources around a shared vision of organizational effectiveness.
