With lprCoach services, a professional coach will walk individuals in your organization through the results of their lpr360 surveys, and more importantly, help them understand how to use those results to improve their skills, performance and enhance their professional and personal development.

lprCoach and lpr360 are designed to work together seamlessly. lpr360 allows administrators to easily and confidentially send survey results to a coach via a secure online system. Plus, customizable surveys allow coaches to determine questions and categories.

Standalone coaching services are also available, though our coaches can be most effective when they have feedback to work with.
