lprPulse case study

Measuring effectiveness quickly and easily

Challenge
A large policing organization trained their employees with week-long, intensive Grid Leadership Seminars (link to Grid site), taken over a 24-month period. After investing a great deal of time and resources into the training initiative, they needed a way to measure the effectiveness of the seminars – and the degree to which participants felt their own effectiveness had improved as a result. Also, because of an upcoming conference where they would be presenting the results, they needed to do the assessment within a very tight timeframe.

Solution
Using lprPulse as their assessment tool, they were able to access all 500 participants online. lprPulse allowed them to offer a fully customized set of questions and demographic categories, gave them an easy-to-read final report – and allowed them to launch and complete the process very quickly.

Results
From start to finished report, the lprPulse process took four weeks, and the results were successfully presented at an international policing conference. While the actual results are proprietary information, both the process and the findings were well received by the client. As a result, they are aggressively implementing additional seminars across the organization.

lprPulse in action

Robinson Leadership surveyed over 500 recent Grid training program participants. Targeted questions and useful reports allowed participating organizations to accurately measure the impact and usefulness of the training program on their employees and managers.
